The house is located in a quiet area near the Candia Lake, a protected naturalistic area. On the lake there is a large swimming pool with an adjacent adventure park (Anthares World). Not far (about 20 minutes by car) you can visit Agliè and its splendid castle, and Caravino with the Castello di Masino (good FAI), Ivrea is 15 km away, with its spectacular and unique carnival, in 35 minutes drive you get to Turin, and in an hour in Aosta, another beautiful city, and on the numerous ski slopes that the Valle d'Aosta offers.

We are usually present for handing keys and check-in at the scheduled times. If necessary, we can arrange different times, using the special Smart-Box for self check-in.
You enter the house from a gate on Via Stazione; since the road is narrow, it is necessary to make maneuver with the car. It is possible to park for free in the inner courtyard, up to a maximum of 3 cars.
Although it is possible to arrive by train, bus or taxi, it is advisable to arrive with your own car or hire car, to take full advantage of the potential of the territory.
The property is in the center of the village of Candia Canavese. Despite being independent, the house is not isolated, as it borders on other neighboring houses.
In Candia Canavese there are a baker / grocery store, 1 bar / pastry shop, 3 small restaurants, 1 pizzeria, the post office, ATM, pharmacy, and some other shops, all within walking distance.
A few minutes by car, or a quarter of an hour on foot, there is the lake of Candia, a naturalistic oasis and seat of national and international rowing competitions.
On the lake, a destination for day trips and summer stays, there are some renowned restaurants and the Anthares resort, with outdoor pool and adventure park.
The train station (Turin-Chivasso-Ivrea-Aosta line) is 500 meters away.
